If it is connectivity related, T-Mobile is the internet provider contracted by Omaha Public Schools. Our staff is in regular contact with them. If families are experiencing cellular data issues, the T-Mobile contact number is 1-844-341-4834.

Students should login with the susername@ops.org and password (student ID in almost all cases).

Trouble logging in

For those that may have had any trouble logging in with any freezing this should help you get pass that point to be able to help you to sign-in. 

There is an additional 1st step to remedy the "freezing" of the screen that was happening with some iPads.

When the screen comes up students simply need to click on the Manager App to begin the login process, and all other steps are the same as handed out.  The icon is Orange with a volume sign, with the word "Manager" inside in white.

Please do not email our Tech support person at Monroe (Zach Garvis).  This is contrary to what was sent home and advertised before, and sorry for the confusion.  If you email this account there is a team of tech support staff that are able to trouble shoot items and get a much better response rate than emailing our tech which only can resolve a few issues you may have. 

If there are a lot of common issues, we will send out a mass email and post solutions on our website under "Remote Learning"
