Meet Your Team Teachers

Mr. Bleyhl

Scott Bleyhl

Who Am I?

Hello, My name is Mr. Bleyhl (Bl-i-Uhl)  and I teach 7th grade Mathematics. This will be my third year at Monroe after graduating from UNO with my Bachelors in Education. I was born and raised here in Omaha in the Aksarben area. As a teacher I am fascinated with how we can use math to make our lives easier and how it helps us understand the world around us. I feel that education was the best way to share my knowledge, and with teaching middle school students there is never a dull moment. Outside of the classroom I enjoy playing guitar, watching anime, working out, and gaming with friends on my laptop. I look forward to this year and meeting all the young mathematicians moving up to 7th grade.
